Eine Gruppe von drei Yakuza haben ihren Boss zum letzten Mal enttäuscht. Nachdem sie einen wichtigen Job vermasselt haben, eröffnet ihr Boss ihnen zwei Möglichkeiten: Entweder sie begehen einen ehrenhaften Selbstmord oder sie gehen nach Thailand, um dort eine Geschlechtsumwandlung an sich vornehmen zu lassen und weibliche Idols zu werden! Die drei entscheiden sich schließlich für letzteres. Nachdem sie ihr Leben ein grausames Jahr lang dem Idol-Training gewidmet haben, folgt ihr erster öffentlicher Auftritt. Und völlig unerwartet erfreuen sich die drei Idols größter Beliebtheit, natürlich ganz zum eigenen Erschrecken der drei. Und das ist erst der Anfang der ganzen Tragödie!
