Zehn Jahre nach dem Heiligen Krieg in Hong Kong kehrt Jirou Mochizuki, auch Silver Blade genannt, der gegen die Kowloon Children*kämpfte und sie auch bezwang, trotz dem Verlust seiner Geliebten, nach Japan zurück. Begleitet wird er hierbei von seinem kleinen Bruder. Schnell müssen die beiden feststellen, dass die Kowloon Children, die den Heiligen Krieg überlebt haben, versuchen die Special Zone, eine heilige Stadt, die von einer unsichtbaren Barriere beschützt wird und ein Endringen nur dann erlaubt, wenn die Kowloon Children eingeladen werden, zu infiltrieren. Als Red Bloods bezeichnet man die Menschen, Black Bloods sind die Vampire und die beiden Brüder werden als Old Bloods, die letzten Überlebenden eines Elite-Vampir-Clans, bezeichnet. Als Kotarou von einem Kowloon Children entführt wird, bleibt Jirou nichts anderes übrig, als erneut in den Kampf zu ziehen.
