Die Geschichte dreht sich um den Hauptdarsteller Hirono Hiro, einen armen Highschool-Studenten, welcher Shoujo-Mangas zeichnet um sich seinen Unterhalt zu verdienen. Nachdem sich Mizuki in ihrem Urlaub bei Renji einquartiert hat, trifft sie dort auf den Violinisten Kuze. Dieser steckt augenscheinlich gerade in einer Krise und hat seine Geige schon lange nicht mehr angerührt. Mizuki ist er jedoch sofort sympathisch und da sie keinen besseren Zeitvertreib weiß, beschließt sie, ihm Gesellschaft zu leisten. Dabei kommen sich die beiden langsam näher und Kuzes dunkle Vergangenheit kommt ans Licht.
