Beschreibung:
Ganz Japan erinnert sich an das Ginza-Ereignis. Im 21. Jahrhundert tauchte plötzlich ein Tor auf, aus dem jede Menge Wesen eindrangen, die man bis dahin nur aus Büchern kannte. Diese Wesen töteten viele Bürger Tokios. Um die andere Welt zu entdecken und die Fragen zu beantworten, die sich die Menschen gestellt haben, schickt die Regierung kleine Gruppen von japanischen Soldaten in die Welt hinter dem Tor. Geführt wird diese Gruppe von dem Otaku-Soldaten Youji. In der neuen Welt finden sie jede Menge Dörfer, die von einem Drachen angegriffen wurden. Es scheint keine Überlebenden zu geben, bis auf ein Elfenmädchen, die sich dann der Gruppe anschließt, um sie bei ihrer Reise zu unterstützen.
