Yahari Ore no Seishun Lovecome wa Machigatte Iru. Zoku setzt quasi nahtlos an die Geschichte aus der ersten Staffel an und führt diese fort. Im Zentrum der Geschichte stehen Hachiman Hikigaya, Yukino Yukinoshita und Yui Yuigahama, die gemeinsam den Service Club ihrer Schule betreiben. Bei Problemen können sich Schüler an den Club wenden und um Hilfe bitten. Es handelt sich dabei meist um Situationen aus den Bereichen soziales Zusammenleben, Organisation und ähnlichem.
