Kurzbeschreibung:​
Die Geschichte dreht sich um Tomoya Aki, einen Otaku-Jungen, der Teilzeit arbeitet, um sich mit genug Geld Animes auf Blu-ray zu kaufen. In den Frühlingsferien trifft er dabei jedoch auf seinem Heimweg ein wunderschönes Mädchen, welches er letztendlich als Model für sein eigenes Doujin-Spiel verwendet. Wie auch immer, einen Monat später, findet er heraus, dass das Mädchen eigentlich seine Klassenkameradin ist, deren Namen er nicht kennt. Tomoya erfährt, dass das Mädchen, Megumi genannt, eigentlich von niemanden beachtet wird. Da Tomoya auch keine künstlerischen oder poetischen Fähigkeiten besitzt, fragt er das Ass des Technik-Clubs Eriri Spencer Sawamura, sich um die Kunst zu kümmern, sowie die Musterschülerin Utaha Kasumigaoka, das Drehbuch zu schreiben. Werden sie es schaffen für die Messe Comic Market ein anständiges Spiel zu produzieren?
