Kurzbeschreibung
Staffel 1​
You’re Under Arrest! erzählt von den Abenteuern des Powerduos Natsumi und Miyuki und die der restlichen Belegschaft der Bokuto Polizeistation. Sind die Polizisten selbst schon durch ihre diversen skurrilen Charaktereigenschaften gekennzeichnet, werden sie in ihrem beruflichen Alltag mit nicht weniger abgedrehten Personen konfrontiert und müssen sich in den verschiedensten Situationen beweisen, von rasanten Verfolgungsjagden, bis hin zu selbsternannten maskierten Hütern der Gerechtigkeit.

Staffel 2​
Natsumi und Miyuki sind zurück und werfen sich abermals in den Kampf um Recht und Ordnung im Bokuto Polizeidistrikt. Zusätzliche Unterstützung erhält die Bokuto Polizeistation nun durch Saori, die ihre Ausbildung zur Polizistin inzwischen erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. So stellt sich die Belegschaft neuen abwechslungsreichen Herausforderungen und muss nun auch vermehrt mit privaten Problemen zurechtkommen.

Staffel 3​
Kobayakawa Miyuki, frisch aus der Forensik Ausbildung in den Vereinigten Staaten und Tsujimto Natsumi, die gerade ihre Ausbildung zur JSDF (Japanese Self-Defense Force) gemacht hat, kehren in die lang erwartete 3. Staffel der sehr beliebten Serie zurück. Dieses Mal nimmt das Duo wieder ihren Dienst bei Bokuto Police Department auf und bekämpft das Verbrechen mit ihrem Verstand und Muskeln, doch leider passieren hier und da mal ein paar Missgeschicke.
