Das brutale und skrupellose Hausmädchen Roberta ist vielen noch aus dem Vorgänger Black Lagoon bekannt und diesmal erhält sie ihre ganz eigene kleine Geschichte. Im friedlichen Anwesen der Familie Lovelace verrichtet die - auch früher als »Bloodhound« bekannte - Attentäterin ihren täglichen Dienst und lebt ein ganz normales Leben. Bis zu dem Tag, an dem Herr Lovelace einem Anschlag zum Opfer fällt und der Sohn ihres sehr geschätzten Arbeitgebers zum Waisen wird. Roberta bleibt nun nichts anderes übrig, als nach den Hintermännern des Anschlags zu suchen, da sie geradezu nach blutiger Rache dürstet. Dass sich die Hardcore-Maid wieder auf Beutezug macht, spricht sich schnell in der Unterwelt herum und alle fragen sich, wo sie wohl als nächstes zuschlagen wird. Auch »Two-Hand« Revy und ihre Black Lagoon Company bekommen davon Wind und selbstverständlich freut sich Revy sehnlichst auf ein erneutes Aufeinandertreffen mit ihrer wahrscheinlich stärksten Konkurrentin.
